With registration occurring for the upcoming semesters, and this semester quickly coming to a close, you will be needing your Student Account Information.

At registration you should have received a document that contained your Student Account information, which consists of your Username and Password for Blackboard, Online Student Records, Warrior Mail, and Electronic Library.(Visual Example is provided below)

If you did not receive your Student Account Information or need additional assistance with your information please contact Rend Lake College (618)437-5321 at any of the following extensions:

Helpful Hints on Password Resets:

• To reset your password visit the myRLC portal at https://webapp.rlc.edu/myrlc/Default.aspx, scroll down on the page to Manage Account
• You will be asked to Enter your Current Username and Password
• If you change your password from the myRLC portal it will change for all of your accounts; Online Student Records, Blackboard, Warrior Mail, and Electronic Library
• Password will not be changed if password fields left blank
• Passwords should be at least 8 characters in length
• Passwords must contain at least 1 number (but may not start with one)
• Passwords may contain the following special characters: @ # $ _
